Patricia Ferrell-French – Attorney at Law
Choosing an attorney can be difficult, especially a family law attorney who you are probably seeking only because of family issues you haven’t been able to resolve on your own. I have worked as an attorney in Oregon since 1991, providing a variety of legal services to individuals and small businesses but specializing in family law–divorce, custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence, the full range of family problems and disputes. I’m independent-minded, thorough and well prepared, preferring to best help my clients through negotiation and settlement. But when push comes to shove, which unfortunately is often the case, I’m known to be tough as nails. You will find me easy to talk to, and I listen. I take my responsibilities seriously, knowing that the results I achieve can have a lasting impact on my clients.
After graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School, I began my legal career here in Lincoln County as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge Huckleberry. I loved the coast but eventually settled in Clackamas County for family reasons. In 2019, my husband and I moved to Lincoln County. I now limit my practice to a select number of family law cases.
If you would like to meet with me, please call and speak with my assistant, Jon (who is also my husband), to check my availability and schedule an appointment. I am flexible regarding when I meet with clients, more likely than not by telephone or through one of the many face-to-face electronic options now available if necessary.
